Refund & Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused or only inspected as reasonably necessary, and returned with all original accessories and packaging where applicable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Orders may be cancelled before they are prepared or processed. Once an order has entered processing or fulfilment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be sent to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
